NP Draft Reg 15/16 Version

This version of the Plan is currently the draft being worked upon following the Regulation 14 consultation. It incorporates the comments and feedback given at that consultation (see Consultation Statement). It will be, once completed, the version handed to Welwyn Hatfield borough Council Planning Department as our Regulation 15/16 submission. The current draft may be downloaded in .pdf format, from here but please bear in mind that this is still work in progress but is available to view in the interests of transparency.
