Local Housing Needs Assessment

This is document is based upon the survey results relating to housing development, what residents wanted to see (and support) and in some cases what they would not be supportive of. It underpins and provides justification for some of the aspects of Policies in the Planning sections of the NP (including the Design Principles section). It includes material from open sources as well as WHBC sources.
